I recommend this spot for people that know what single origin should taste like and don't drink "flavored beans"A high quality coffee shop with thoughtful espresso drink options.We got our drinks to stay and sat at a small table in the back. Seating is a little cramped.The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is really nice.We got drinks and hung out for 45mins and paid on our way out.Agave Latte with oat milk was great. I always love going to sovereign. Me and my friends frequent this place because the staff is always helpful and friendly, the drinks are always great, and the music sets the perfect mood.

Very cute and comfy place! The iced coffee was delicious, and the service was friendly and very considerate. Andrew was our server and he was wonderful to meet, attentive and gave us plenty of advice/suggestions. Would definitely go again! Also had wonderful sweets from a local bakery named Sweet Craft. Please do check out both!
