I tried their brown sugar/rosemary cookies at a social function! Holy smokes!!! Phenomenal!!! I called the bakery to order cookies for myself, as I didn't want to appear hoggish by taking all the remaining cookies at the event I attended. The voicemail said I could order online. A hidden gem in Brownsville. This centrally located bakery offers an amazing selections of cakes, cupcakes, bars, cookies and more! My daughter has autism and LOVED every second of her bakery class at Sweet Notes Baking Company. The owners are wonderful human beings who take pride in their work -- and it shows. guy names sal attended me he was the best worker there very nice and funny I have gone a couple of times i dont regret it at all i love coming here after eating deserts are the best i def recommend to other people!
