I understand the use of the kiosks and the push to probably replace employees with kiosks, but I don’t like to be forced to use the kiosks. I like the kiosks as an option if there is a line but the fact that this location doesn’t even give you the option to order with a human is crazy. Literally the employee behind the counter will come around to teach you/assist you, on how to use the kiosk instead of just taking your order.

Management sucks! They could care less for their customers. Food was alright but could have more of everything, you can tell there food cost is there number one priority. Do not recommend this location at all!!!

I ordered a burrito online with chicken and beef and when I went to take a bite I had nothing but lettuce and cheese. I don’t even eat cheese because I am lactose. In the picture you can literally see just one spec of beef and that’s it. I had just gotten off of a long shift and was looking forward to this. I was honestly so disappointed because it took like 2 hours for it to be ready as well.
