Excellent choice, food was fresh, high quality and excellent wait staff.Will definitely be back when I come back to visit Brownsville.
As someone who travels across the country often for work, I almost always find myself eating solo at the bar. That's what's I had in mind tonight, returning here after having been here once before when passing through and enjoyed. I sit at the bar, order a beverage, get ID'd, and am then told that I was being refused service because my ID was Louisiana and not TX, and that they "didn't have the book to confirm" that my ID was real.
