Wings are good even though they are greasy. I have them when I crave the lemon pepper ones. BUT you guys never have drinks. get rid of that fountain machines or have cans of cokes as back up. either it's a clear liquid tasting like carbonated or there's no drinks. I always have to take my diet coke can or spend $3 at subway.on international wing stop. southmost is also bad. abd its not new....it's always been that way. your customers complain and your employees only respond...read full review

Manager, Dee, and the team took care of us exquisitely! They are true professionals at this location and take absolute care of their customers. All the staff uniforms were crisp and clean, conveying a united and organized team environment. This location is always clean and conveniently located at the bus station in downtown Brownsville. They maintain a clean environment and serve high-quality, delicious products, including consistently delicious wings and good lemon pepper ones. The restaurant is kid-friendly with various flavors that children love. However, some customers have experienced issues with incorrect orders, unavailability of certain items like cheese sauce and dinner rolls, and a long wait. There is a hard time finding parking as street parking is always full. Additionally, the staff's attitude and knowledge have been inconsistent, and there are often no drinks available as the fountain machines frequently do not work.
