Yesterday evening (because I wanted to be clear headed and not emotial when posting this)
My wife ordered 2 pizzas online. Paid in advance.
I drove to pick them up. I get home and discover we were given the wrong order, but with the correct receipt taped to the boxes.
So... after driving there and *now* driving back, they start making excuses.
