The food is amazing and the ingredients are fresh. I like their hibachi and bento box，the portion is big and the price is reasonable. My favorite food is angry dragon roll，if you like sushi roll with spicy，that is a good choice for sure. The best Japanese restaurant in Brownwood！
I have been here twice now. Being from the east coast, I'm pretty spoiled on finding more ethnic type foods pretty easily. I'd have to say, Katana is definitely up there with my east coast foods! The atmosphere is fun, it's been busy every time I've gone in. The sushi rolls are pretty, tasty and massive, so you definitely get your money's worth. The ramen has been on point both times. Service can be a little slow, but all wait staff are friendly and accommodating....
I am not a Sushi person, but I do love the Hibachi side of things. Favorite place to eat in Town. Service is always friendly, and the food is consistently great. That is important to me, because many places in town are not consistent. Definitely a repeat customer, Worth a try. Moderate cost. recently added a Ramen noodle option.
