manager was super rude and was refusing to give the food I was missing. food was made before I checked in by 45 minutes. offered to remake my drinks but when my husband brought them over to them they refused to remake the ice coffee. they wouldn't remake the cold food and soggy fries. a new employee had to go behind the managers back to get me my nuggets I was missing. I used to go at least twice a week but we will going somewhere else now.
Not once but twice has this chik fil a just been an inconvenience and has had an attitude. I’m on hospice so the time that I do have to give is precious and few and painful for me. So when I go through the drive thru and have to get out of the drive thru to go inside to still be denied an order because my order is $48 and I have a $50, and to told that they won’t take the $50 is just unimaginable.
