“Customer service is always great! Very friendly
the last few times I have gone through the line now im not getting what I am paying for and the lines are longer now and nobody wants to turn back around and wait again especially when they are busy, but if I wanted to pay for just a regular iced coffee with just regular cream that’s what I would ask for, I normally always get a Large iced Blondie and lately it’s definitely not what I order like I said I understand it gets business, you guys feel overwhelmed but customers want what we are paying for.“

“The wonderful manager and staff at this location were the best! I am originally from Bryan but moved a little over 5 years ago. I had returned due to unforeseen circumstances and never had been to a Dutch bros until that day. I had been there almost a month and went every single morning! Not only for the delicious coffee but for the heartfelt love from the staff! Never have I experienced such amazing service and smiles! I love this place and will return when I visit! Great job! ❤️☕️“

“Mamaka never fails to disappoint. Each one of their açaí bowls is so good! I recommend their original mamaka bowl if you’re new to açaí bowls. The place is decorated very beachy, employees are all so nice, and their service is very efficient! They also have a nice outdoor seating area with swings and tables!“

“Shake Smart at Polo Rec is the GO TO spot. They’re always playing the best music and the food here is spot on every time. Great customer service consistently and everyone always has a smile on their face. They have a wide variety of options, including vegetarian options. + bonus points for their free samples today!

“tried the oreo slush today when i came here with my boyfriend and a friend. :) i loved it sooo much !! they have such a big selection to choose from. its such a cute, cozy little restaurant. theres a kiosk do u can order without having to talk to somebody , which i loved bc i was particularly anxious today.“
“Ordered a medium “immune builder” through the drive through. The smoothie tastes good and is fairly good for you! Only negative is they changed the cups a while back to these plastic cups, so now the smoothie melts faster and it makes your hands cold when holding. At least the cups are better for the environment!“

“I've always enjoyed Bahama Bucksand had good service. Today though, service at the drive through was the SLOWEST Ice ever seen it. there were only 3 people in front of me so i expected to see they were short handed but when i got to the window i saw several employees. Also, i had a dry spot all the way to the bottom of the shaved ice. it would've been nice if they'd used enough syrup to coat everything. I'll still give them a 4 based on previous experience but that may change if things don't go back to normal.“

Six years sober from bars, but Dutch Bros? Oh, baby, it’s my new daily addiction! The crew’s got my 9-1-1 dialed in like mind-readers with espresso machines. They’re so cheery, I’m convinced they’re secretly snorting sugar dust back there. One highlight? When they drew a smiley face on my cup so big it looked like it was ready to star in a Pixar movie. I legit skip to my car every morning—Dutch Bros is the caffeine hug I never knew I needed!“
