Had the pleasure of serving a wedding last night with Big Dawg BBQ at the beautiful Venue 311 in Plantersville. Dinner was incredible! Definitely recommend!
Had this food truck at an event. Not impressed. Delivery and set-up was distracted and seemed uninformed concerning location. Food temps were not maintained, on hot or cold. Food was...meh. All around disappointing.
My fiance used to work here and they “ let him go” over having a ptsd attack, he is a army veteran and has never been fired for something he can’t control. The food is ok but when they prepare the food I was told they don’t wear gloves. So that place can 🖕🏻 and burn and I wouldn’t care they don’t know who they messed with 😡

Big Dawg at The Station is a local gem with authentic Texas traditional BBQ food and atmosphere. The well-prepared meats come with great sauce options. The food hits that perfect sweet spot, with big flavors and excellent drinks. The Philly Brisket sandwich is good, though the frito pie chili was over salted. Fantastic informal place for family, friends and couples. Great in house Mac and Cheese! Prices like everywhere else, with some craft beers and lots of other choices. Service is quick, friendly, and relaxed. Kid friendly with inside or outside dining. This is a new favorite BBQ place in BCS.
