Came here on a Wednesday night, so not very busy. Waitress was nice initially but once food was delivered never saw her again except to bring out the check. Ran out of sweet tea(8/10) about 15-20 minutes before we left but luckily my wife barely touched hers so was able to make it without walking to the bar to ask for a refill. Almost walked over to tea dispenser and serve myself but my wife slid me her drink when I made my intentions known. Food seemed fresh but very bland. If you have dietary restrictions or a sensitive stomach, this might be the place for you. Pulled pork and sausage were pretty good, sauce was okay. Queso(with brisket) would have been good but was "watery" and needed seasoning. I think "Mid" or Bland would best describe the experience. Price was okay. $96 for 4 adults/1 child(she had a side of Mac and cheese) but we didn't even have 5 drinks. My adult daughter showed up 15 minutes after we did and the waitress didn't even bother to come over and see if she wanted a drink. Luckily, or not depending on how you look at it, my daughter thought the food was bland and she was able to get by with a few sips of my wife's drink. Anyway, food aside, the atmosphere is nice. More personal bar/sports bar feel, booths are comfortable. Probably be an okay place to have a drink with friends where the focus was on a sporting event or drinking and not on food. The service was pretty bad but the servers themselves seemed nice, if a bit unobservant. We ended up going to Walk-Ons for 3 of their big warm cookies that are served with ice cream for dessert. They're pretty tasty. Saltgrass has a great pecan bread pudding right now(April '24). 1860 Italia also has a very good bread pudding and banana pudding occasionally. Oh well, sorry for the wall of text.

Really good food and great service in a welcoming friendly place. My Reuben sandwich and fries was great. The staff is really good and very dog friendly. The beer selection is good but could have used a few sours, my only complaint. I’ll come back for another Reuben next time I’m in College Station.

Come eat here and make sure you sit in Eli's section. This guy is a hoot and just an all around good server. I would come back to eat here just for him to be my waiter. Give that man a raise.

Good: The Big Dawg Bowl with mac and cheese and brisket was delicious. Would order again but the brisket made the dish salty. I asked my companion if his brisket sandwich was salty and he said no. Caesar salad lettuce looked fresh and had a crispy texture. Overall, good place. Service was quick and friendly. Nice outdoor patio area.Bad: the menus were hard to read because the text had rubbed off on everyone’s menu so new menus could be used.

I visited The Station for the first time yesterday and I will absolutely be back. I love the atmosphere of the place. There's good outdoor seating and plenty of natural light on the indoor area as well. The décor was welcoming and suited the place well.We ordered the brisket queso and housemade chips for our appetizer and that's the reason for my 4 star review. The chips were just okay. They didn't have any seasoning or even salt on them. The queso was a big disappointment. The brisket in the queso was a 10/10 but the rest of the queso had NO flavor at all. It wasn't worth $10 and we probably wont be getting it again. On a better note: My bf ordered the wings which were 10/10! They were a good size, seasoned well, and delicious. We both loved them.I ordered the brisket mac famous bowl and it was also delicious! On it's own, it's an 8/10 but once you add that house BBQ sauce, it's a 10/10! Don't sleep on that BBQ sauce!I'm excited to come back and try other options on their menu and bring friends along to take advantage of happy hour and their patio space.Kid-friendliness: This is a great place to bring the kids. There's life size Jenga outside, and a nice turf space to play. They also have a kids menu.

The waitress had a hard time making a recommendation...and we can see why, everything was good! Had the brisket nachos, black bean chili and rueben sandwich and can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu!

We are visiting Bryan/College Station and brought our dog with us so we were looking for dog friendly places to eat. We found the perfect place, the Station on 29th. We sat outside on the patio with astroturf for a comfortable place for our dog. They also brought him his own water bowl. All of the staff & the owner made us feel right at home. They went out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs. The food was excellent. We had brisket, jalapeño sausage, chicken, with Georgia baked beans, potatoe salad, banana pudding (to die for), & pecan pie. I highly recommend this restaurant. Love from Waco.Dietary restrictions: I can't do spicy or dairy and they recommended foods for me. They are spot on.

Venture off the highway and you will be rewarded. This relatively new space is beautifully done and the BBQ is as good as all the five star ratings would lead you to believe. Try their “Famous Bowls” and an ice cold drink on the shaded outdoor patio or belly up to the bar and chill out in the air conditioned dinning room. Either way you can’t go wrong. This place lives up to the hype.

This is one unique hidden gem! The food was fabulous. Diverse menu. The Brisket Nachos, Mushroom Swiss, and Blue cheese burgers were terrific and BIG portions. The side order of homemade mac and cheese was savory. They do not skimp on the quality of the food and service. The new establishment opened a year ago, a family-owned and operated—family-friendly environment. Love, love, love the friendly hospitality of all staff. Their customer service is top-notch! They go table to table frequently to ensure all needs are taken care of, and patrons are satisfied. Eli, the grandson, gave some of the best suggestions that did not disappoint. We will return to try the Brisket Philly Cheesesteak and Rueben sandwiches and dessert, other suggestions.
