“Every dish we’ve tried from the menu is consistently delicious — you truly can’t go wrong no matter what you order. The service is top-notch, and we were lucky enough to be taken care of by Drew again, who is always such a joy and adds so much warmth to the experience. Rami, the owner, greets us like family with the biggest hugs and makes sure everything is perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, but it’s the unbeatable combination of incredible food and heartfelt service that keeps us coming back. This place is a gem!“

Another not quite good experience was, I was there at 2pm Sunday(100F Texas) looking for the lunch special menu. However the madam refused like “lunch specials are valid on M-F.” But no notice at all in the menu… so if you are here for lunch specials please come on weekdays.“

“We have had many great meals at Casa do Brasil in College Station. My husband instantly knew where to take me for lunch today for my birthday. We had the awesome salad bar lunch. the shrimp stroganoff was excellent. The terrific waiters sent me home with a complimentary Brazilian coffee flan with carmel sauce. I am truly enjoying it now. This somewhat generic-feeling chain was clean, the staff was fast and friendly, and the selections largely revolved around Gyro salads, bowls, and pitas. They offer a variety of Gyro meats, not just lamb, and have a complete nutritional calculator via their website. My bowl was good but a bit too salty to entirely eat. It has more than 2000mg of sodium at a cost of about $13 plus tax and tip). The bathrooms are clean; there is indoor and outdoor seating, and it's overall pleasant but forgettable. The salads have mostly lettuce, while the bowls have little and are mostly rice. I would have been better off with the salad, but that's my preference. I'm unsure if I would return because of the sodium levels, but most people will find this a great place to get some Gyro-based entre.

“I first tried Eastern Mediterranean cuisine in Chicago Illinois and didn't find a matching taste here until I visited Shiraz Shish Kabob, where the food is superb. We enjoyed the #1 and #2 with hummus and bread, falafels and Baklava, and found the atmosphere to be very calming with the sound of water trickling from the water fountain.“

“The Saber is the restaurant located inside the Embassy Suites. I followed a previous reviewer advice and ordered a pizza (which was great). The only issue is if you are ordering from your room, they might not answer the phone right away. Apparently, the same lady who answers the phone and takes orders is the same lady who delivers the food to your room. Therefore, if she is out delivering food, you will have to call again, or she might call your room back like she did with me.“

“The first time I visited here was by chance. I brought my daughter who wanted ice cream and my boyfriend who also wanted the "fireball" ice cream. It's nice to see that adults can also enjoy this place. It left a wonderful experience for my daughter. For me the staff is super friendly and kind. When my daughter asked to come here a second time for her birthday, even though we live in houston, I decided to come. Again the same staff lady was there, super kind and gentle like before.
