“so glad we found this hidden gem...they close at 3 and we arrived after 2. everything was fresh...buffet was well stocked with homemade food...everything tidy...we were not rushed...when we left there was people still eating and the buffet was still fully stocked...they did not start breaking it down or asking people if they were finished. awesome job“

“Got a party platter instead of cooking after work for special guests. The food was, as always, GREAT! Super reasonable, ready on time, packaged very well, some of the containers I saved for Meal Prep, and it was way more than enough for 5 people. All the fixings and queso were included, even the super hot boom sauce that we love! 10 out of 10 recommend!“

“Very nice restaurant. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Food comes out pretty fast at requests. They keep the buffet full. Sometimes the food seems like it sat under the heater too long. And their spicy good isn't labeled. But other than that good food. And it's nice to be able to grab a plate full as takeout if I don't have time to dine in.“

“I’ve always enjoyed CrackerBarrel shopping and the food. Food use to be good. Last 3 times we have been to Lufkin Cracker Barrel the food was no good not worth the money or my time. This last visit when we finally got some one’s attention to get butter for our now cold food and also under cooked food. The girl brought a hand full of butter with two or three that were already used. I normally take my mother there but I doubt I will go back u til they get better qualiity all the way around.“

“Wow they went above and beyond turn a issue into a big positive. Definitely restored my faith in customer service, and taking extra step to make things right. I also learned that if you have the time wait, they dont mind making your order fresh, while you wait. Thats a good option!“

“One of the top 3 burgers in Lufkin. Great breakfast too. Yadira is amazing if she serves you but one of the staff seemed irritated that we were there another time I came but the food was still great. Pilots often refer to the burgers here as $100 burgers because that's how much fuel they burn to get their mouths around one of these great burgers. Great view if you are fortunate enough to catch some planes taking off and landing. Military aircraft often land for lunch and those are some great Americans. They took my son out to look at the helicopters and answered all his hundreds of questions and let him sit in the pilot's seat.“
