Overall a great experience with this store. fresh market is always tidy and clean, bathrooms have always been clean. Food always tastes good. My biggest problem was an elderly man in fresh market who was unbelievably rude and lazy, but he seems to be gone now. And there is a young female manager who has let her power go to her head and talks down to the customers and her employees. She gossips about employees in front of customers. The staff can be friendly and welcoming, allowing customers to explore flavors before making a choice. The shop has a surprisingly big selection of not just ice cream and milk. The food has never been bad. Customers can get treats for less than the price of a coffee, and the prices aren't bad. The store is obviously well run and clean. Braum's puts out excellent product, even when short staffed, and is consistent with hot, fresh food. The management has put together a culture of teamwork amongst team members. The burger was tasty, and the fries were great. If you want a shake, you can't go wrong with their free size upgrade. The mix cup is a great value.
