Very little chicken in the chicken salad. When we approached the counter person about the issue, we were advised that they weigh all ingredients of the salad and it was on mark. There were several employees behind the counter within hearing range of the counter.
I feel like this issue could have been handled differently to keep a happy customer.
The manager was aware of this transaction and could have just added chicken to this salad.
