This place is very very loud not for people with sensitive ears, shrimp tasted like mold, steak wasn't good tasted raw very smelly throughout the whole restraint, family members found hair in food a long wait for chef to come, waitress was barely there, questioned family about I they put the hair in the food mom couldn't enjoy meal, forgot to give other family members there food

My family has been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years for family gatherings and celebrations, and we’ve always enjoyed our experiences. Recently, however, we’ve ordered takeout several times, and the quality hasn’t seemed to match what we receive when dining in for hibachi.

The fried rice has tasted a bit old or stale, the meat has been dry, and the vegetables have been somewhat soggy, possibly from sitting in their juices after being cooked.

We truly love this restaurant and have remained loyal customers for many years. I only wanted to share this feedback as constructive criticism in case management is unaware of the difference in quality between the dine-in and takeout experiences. We appreciate all you do and hope this feedback helps maintain the great standards we’ve come to expect over the years.

Very pleasant dinner experience. A bit pricey, but we had fun and the food was excellent. Our hibachi chef was very interactive and funny.

I walked into the restaurant with my children for a birthday celebration and informed the manager that our party would be four people, with one guest arriving shortly. Instead of politely explaining that all guests needed to be present before seating us, he immediately began assisting the people behind us and completely dismissed us. I found the interaction rude and unprofessional.

The only reason I stayed was because this was a special birthday outing for my child. Customer service and professionalism are extremely important, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect either. A simple explanation and respectful communication would have made a big difference.

It's a must you go here. Experience was wonderful.

Not much entertainment value (because we had no kids or he was new?) I wanted to catch food in my mouth. No train, no juggling, no egg caught in the hat. Very bland versus our expectations and previous experiences. Charged extra for rice? Really?

The experience was amazing The hibachi chef was great. The guy that brings out your drinks RIPT this off for 30 bucks what complaining about a $15 tip. Before we even left $207 was taken out of the bank account!! When our total is supposed to be 187 after tipping him.Cause he complained about the 15 dollar tip dollar tip,just for bringing water and Dr pepper to the table.The total for our bill was 187... Before I left the restaurant I was charged 207.00. Please watch the people sit you down and and bring drinks , he did 25 percent and thought he could get away with it .I called him out and he his on the back😔🤷🏼!!!

Went on a Friday night. Very loud atmosphere. Service was great from the cook to the server. The cook really tries to make it an experience. Unfortunately the food, specifically the rice, was so salty. They cook with so much butter + add the salt and I'm assuming soy sauce. I didn't take what was left to go because it was too salty. Steak was good, salmon was dry.

Great experience...table cooks were fun and entertaining. O ly complaint...was way too noisy.

Went to celebrate a birthday. Server only came and took our drink order and never returned until it was time for the check. It was crowded and I was not satisfied with the service. The staff sang happy Birthday to everyone but my nephew! I will not likely return.

We spent 300.00 and my son and daughter in law got 6 pieces of steak because they forgot to cook one of the steaks so they cheated us out of 1steak. There was another group at our area 4. The chef piled up there plates with huge amounts of food and massive amounts of filets. It was embarrassing and extremely unfair when basically our family got mostly veggies and rice. We ev had egg shells in our food
