Shout out to Tottie (I think that's her name). Very nice, efficient, not drama.
I made a mobile order and went inside to pick it up. I saw a cup in the order pickup spot so I asked if it was mine by name. The elderly white female said "Honey I dont know I just make them and put them there" I was like ok now I know where to get free drinks since they are not sure.
Picking up a mobile order while grocery shopping WAS common but we have had quite a few drinks in a row that were made wrong, inconsistent, or missing items/ add-ons. Things are also routinely "out of stock" and never mentioned until we realize the drinks are wrong and ask about it. Sometimes it's a quick fix, others it's an entire drink remake.

Starbucks in the Kroger grocery store is a hit or miss experience. Picking up a mobile order while grocery shopping was common but many drinks are made wrong, inconsistent, or missing items and add-ons. The location is known for its fast-paced environment and busy atmosphere, but the team manages to keep up with the volume and always greets customers warmly. Things are also routinely out of stock and never mentioned until customers realize the drinks are wrong and ask about it. Overall, the Starbucks inside Kroger, with its creamy and rich drinks and knowledgeable staff, provides a pleasant experience for many customers.
