I ordered through the mobile app after spending all day at my son’s baseball tournament and just wanted to grab dinner on the way home. When I went inside to pick up my order, I planned to use the restroom and wash my hands before eating. I just went through the drive thru at the Burleson location to pick up an order. The most important thing was the two orders of cream cheese rangoons! In stead of getting the six that I paid for, I only got five. It’s not that big of a deal, but when I called to let them know, they just said sorry and didn’t offer to make it right. I just hate a place that doesn’t give good customer service!
