Everyone knows Whataburger isn’t fast. But today took the cake. 4 minutes before they took my order. Then I waited in line as 5 other cars in the inside lane came and went with their food (which also wasn’t quick) while I waited for a single burger and fries. They waited to bring my items out until the vehicle behind me was ready as well. A total of 20 minutes. And now … all the food isn’t even hot. Luke warm at best. We door dashed food from whataburger. Put on there 4 picante sauces. They failed to put that in there. When we called they said it’s the responsibility of the door dasher. We are door dashers. It’s the responsibility of the restaurant because the bags are sealed shut when we pick up the orders. You can give the place a face lift, but you haven’t changed the service.
I was at Whataburger today and I didn’t get the young woman’s name but she was super helpful. Helped carry my food out to my car since it was just me with a big order. Super helpful and my order was spot on.
