“I hate seeing all these negative reviews it leaves me super confused because we've had nothing but excellent customer service since this place opened!!! LITERALLY some of the nicest people in this town. I won't even go to other restaurants because the employees are so rude around here, but every single time we go to Little Caesars they go above and beyond and they are always super super sweet and the food is always good. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND ALWAYS BEING SO NICE. We come here a lot and we have never had a bad experience, not once.“

“This store cannot wait on your customers in the drive through. You have to repeat a simple order several times and then you can't even get them to come to the drive thru to give it to you. Finally somebody shows up to give it to you. But then that person can't run the register. But that person who runs the register is too busy handling the 2 whole cars are in the dining room. Are you kidding me? Had to give my food back because they didn't want to take my money. They don't have to worry about that again in the future. This isn't the first issue.I've had with the Canton store, but it will be the last.“
