“Came tonight on 8/26/25 and everything was perfect. Put in a mobile order and Max brought it out to us as soon as we checked in. Everything was hot and fresh. I love crispy fries and these were perfect 👌 peanut butter shake was amazing like always. Highly satisfied with the the server Max and the quality of the food. Great job guys!“

“Itd been awhile since I went to subway. Had a bad experience last time in 2018. But was craving a spicy Italian. The crew was all new. 110% better than last time. My sub was soo good i think it was gone in 4 bites. Thank guys at canyon lake subway. Yal are awesome.“

“The Big Mac is a bit of a misnomer, with patties being smaller than other burger chains', but I don't think that's a secret. The touch screen self order system works great. But maybe don't make someone choose a drink if filling the drink is self-service too.“

“The guy that was working was absolutely wonderful! He worked at the gas station part but he was helping out the subway part at that moment. He was the one with the red mustache i forgot to ask his name. But he was so nice and patient and even funny. He did a great job on our food and even offered to add things to our sandwiches that i never thought of. The food tasted great. This place is so much better than the subway in startzville which has rude service most of the time as well. And the same order i got was close to half the price i usually pay at the one in startzville. Which i never understood why i was paying between $30-$36 for two sandwiches. So i highly recommend the subway in the bigs gas station!“

“This is not a good subway. I placed an order online and soon after I placed it I received a call saying that they are running out of bread and only have one kind of bread left. I said it is fine for the bread and to continue with my order. They told me that is fine but to give them an extra 15 minutes due to it being very busy. I told them that is fine. So when it was almost time to go get my order I received another call saying that they have run out of bread and had to cancel my order. The guy that called me said they tried to call me several times. I told him that he was laying about that because my phone had not rang. I also said that I have a Apple Watch and it did not ring. I do not believe this is good business. This does not make the first time for them to cancel an order for me. We do not eat out often. I just do not understand how you as a sandwich shop can run out of bread. Who ever does the ordering needs to know how a business works. Now you have lost my business and I will drive the extra few miles to spring branch.“
