The breakfast tacos at Mimas Tacos to go are delicious. You can pretty much create your own with a wide variety of meats (the chorizo sausage is delicious), eggs, cheese, veggies, etc. plus a small salsa bar to add any zing you might want. If breakfast is this good I’m sure lunch and dinner versions are great too! Great food, fast and friendly service.

We are vacationing in the area and we were so excited to find these guys across the way!!! We did take out tacos ? on a Sunday morning from the walk up counter and they were fast, friendly and affordable. I liked the option to fill up our own fresh salsas in the handy to go containers.
