I recently picked up a "to go" order from Ray's Mediterranean in Canyon Lake. My gyro was the absolute worst I've ever had! The pita bread on the gyro tasted like it was a week old; it was extremely hard as a rock and had no taste. The humus I ordered was supposed to have come with one piece of pita, but instead was a hard stale bread type of pita cracker that comes from a box.
