“The service is as sweet as the ice cream here. This is the perfect place for lunch or dinner. The salad was a moderate size and tasted great. If you are very hungry try one of the burgers. This was a fun place to eat and look at all of the retro items on the walls.“

“I’m in the area every couple of months and ALWAYS make it a point to eat here at least once while I’m in town. The atmosphere and live music on the patio is laid back and perfect for any evening out with family and friends. I am jealous I don’t have anything like the Lumberyard where I live!“

“I want to give a HUGE shout out to team that was present on the night shift of 8/07/25 around 9pm, they were amazing! The drive thru and inside was packed but not anyone I saw or interacted with had a bad attitude or seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Thank y’all for showing up and having positive attitudes even when faced with annoying and challenging situations, it was very refreshing to see!“

“We got take-out and went home to eat.. We like this Chicken Express bc the food is mostly always hot and fresh, and their service is good!
Parking: Their parking is somewhat limited, but we usually get it to go so we just go through the drive through..
Kid-friendliness: They do have kid friendly meals!!
Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible in their restaurant and their parking…“
