Bread was dry
I came in with a messed up online order and for some reason the order didn't show up correctly but they remade my sandwich and upgraded it to a medium. The lady at the cash register was very nice and helpful.

Customer service received mixed reviews; one visit featured great customer service from a very nice staff member who handled a rush hour well, earning a 10 out of 10. However, another visit involved a 33-minute wait for a flatbread, with a large group receiving their meals 10 minutes earlier despite ordering later. Bathrooms were clean, with plenty of seating inside for dining in.
