Ordered the new Rib Sandwich tonight and there was no BBQ sauce on it and no onions. The most unflavorful sandwich I’ve had. Very disappointed.
So was contacted after posting this several weeks ago to fill out a complaint form for the second time. Heard nothing further…great customer service. Don’t waste your time or money!!
