The chicken kalguksu was sooo good. I really liked that they give you way more chicken compared to other places I’ve been to.
The gentleman who took my partner and my order (I think he might be the owner) was very sweet, and the woman who served us was kind as well. She even took the time to show my partner how to properly flavor his soup, which we really appreciated.
I’ve seen some reviews saying the service is rude, but that wasn’t our experience at all.
It’s definitely a family-oriented, more self-serve style restaurant, so the service isn’t super hands-on like a typical sit-down spot and I think that’s where some of those reviews might come from. But for what it is, the service felt exactly as expected.
Overall, the food was really good and I would definitely come back.

don’t come here
Absolute horrible service. Went to dine in with my family, the food was already so bad, bland, I could cook better. I was fine with it and was GOING to rate it at least 3 stars, but the lady in the front had some dismissive attitude. Lady, you have no customer service. because you were screaming at anyone who touched the self service area. Mind you, it’s SELF SERVICE. IM SUPPOSED TO TOUCH STUFF. Ruined my entire mood, she kept screaming and yelling with a sour look on her face. I hope your life gets better because right now, you look MISERABLE.

Lady was so rude to the point I was scared that anything I would do would make her yell at us. She straight up YELLED at us. Wish I could give 0 stars but I can’t, so I guess I must give it 1 star. First, the lady was SO unbelievably rude. Me and my family went because the food pervious times were good. However, this time around, the food was bland, almost bitter?, and had the weirdest aftertaste EVER. I would give atleast 2 stars if the food was good, but not only was the food HORRIBLE, the service, the lady was SO SO SO RUDE it made me scared to even do anything cause of the fear of her yelling at us. Do not go here. Go to other Korean restaurants around here. There are SO much better and worth your money.

Food was ok, but the lady who took the order was very rude. I was looking for red pepper sauce for the soup but it was no where to be seen. I just grabbed a small salt container not knowing what to do and she asked me to put out that down because salt and pepper are already on the table. Then she handed me over the red sauce from the kitchen in very rude manner. Since this is self service restaurant, I grabbed the to-go-box myself but she took that away from me saying I not supposed to touch it. Very unpleasant experience. I won’t visit this place again.

I deeply regret choosing to stay and order at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the lady attending to me was blatantly rude and dismissive, and her behavior came across as outright racist. The service was poor throughout, and I felt extremely uncomfortable dining here. Definitely a mistake on my part to continue with my order
This place has a lot of home-style Korean dishes and everything tastes really good.
I especially loved the ssambap. The set was nicely balanced and really made me want to keep eating.
There were so many kinds of fresh veggies for wrapping, including ones I don’t usually get the chance to eat, which was a nice surprise.
The barley rice was cooked just right — not too mushy or too hard.
At first I thought the meat portion was a bit small, but after finishing the meat and mixing the rice with the soybean paste stew, then eating it with young radish kimchi and pickled radish, it turned out even better than the meat itself.
I had it for lunch and came back again for dinner. That should tell you enough.
If you’re craving that warm, homemade Korean meal, definitely check this place out.
Pretty sure I’ll be back all summer.
Next time I’m trying the grilled fish set for sure!!

It's my first time visiting this restaurant. Server was so friendly, it was very pleasant. I had a born soup and dumpling. Their food is clean and fresh.
Their side dishes are so fresh.
I enjoyed so much and pick this restaurant my one of top choice.

The moment we walked into the restaurant it smelled like moth balls. We ordered the seafood kalguksu but it only had 1 shrimp, 1 mussel, and 1 crab leg 😒 Save your money and go elsewhere

I love their soup and noodles, everything tastes so good and the noodles were made fresh from the dough in the kitchen! Kimchi and chili sauce is good too.
