Sonic Drive-In in Carrollton

“I recently moved to Far North Dallas. We went to a Sonic closer. The tea was sour and bad, the attitude of the employees and they just don't ever seem to get it right BUT Midway Sonic is the best!!!. Proves that a good manager makes all the difference in the world. All of the carhops are friendly and smiling, our drinks are almost always correct. I do recommend this Sonic over a few others that are close. I would like to recommend that your employees implement a small feature on top of the drink lids. For the love of all things, can you get your employees to use the bubble feature to let us know which drink is what. It's so simple but when you have all teas but one is unsweet, I have to take a sip out of every one of them. That's not cool. Carhops, thank you so much for the smiles.“

Service with a smile when I got there. Fast delivery when I checked in. Order accurate. The most important.... that famous peppermint that I'd forgotten about... but they remembered.

“Sonic is always a fast and easy way to catch a bite. Their drinks have a lot of variety. The snacks are pretty good. I know it's only a snack place or a drink place because it's very unhealthy, but it does break the day up when you've been running around all day I need a quick pick me up. Our waiter was very nice and took care of business. Great place for us to stop in.“
