This is now a destination stop for us! If we are within 30 min traveling we will go out of our way for Twisted Hickory BBQ! I got 1/4 lb of everything and are every bite! Wife got a bbq chopped beef sandwich and she loved it!
Let me start off by saying this was by far my all around best BBQ experience to date. I stopped by about an hour from closing time, which I know is risky and you get what’s available. I got the brisket, jalapeño cheddar sausage, smoked Mac and cheese, the MAN beans, and a sweet tea. Spoke with the owners while my order was being prepared and let me tell you, these are GOOD people. I ordered chopped pork, beans, potato salad, and a pork parfait and saw jalapeño pineapple sausage was a special that day. I had no idea what that would taste like. Nice young lady gave me a sample.........I ordered some. Wow! It was delicious!!
