Tried Aha Special Idly and Rameswaram Masala Dosa at this food truck and both were amazing. The idly was super soft and the chutneys tasted fresh and authentic. The Rameswaram Masala Dosa was perfectly crispy with flavorful masala inside. You can really feel the homemade taste in every bite. Definitely coming back to try more items!
Ordered Benne Masala Dosa and Pachi Karam Double Egg Dosa — both were excellent. The benne dosa was crispy and came in 2pieces and the pachi karam egg dosa had the perfect spicy street-style taste. Very authentic and satisfying. Must visit dosa spot in austin

The food is delicious, perfectly cooked, and comes in big portions. The chutney and sambar are also good. The service is incredibly fast and the staff are super friendly, polite, humble, and welcoming. However, the seating tables are sometimes not maintained or clean, with issues like ants and mosquitoes. Despite this, it is a great place for satisfying, hot, and fresh dosas at reasonable prices.
