Mama Jambalaya delivered an exceptional feast to my AirBnB at Lake Travis, where I was hosting ten friends. The service and food were absolutely phenomenal! I ordered a gallon of seafood gumbo, a full pan of chicken & sausage jambalaya, a half-pan of five cheese mac & cheese, and a half-pan of potato salad. Each dish was absolute perfection. I haven't had the pleasure of dining in yet, but as a caterer...they always have delicious food, and super friendly staff :-) They never disappoint!
