Chili's Grill & Bar near Lakeline Mall offers a mixed experience. While the Dip Trio was delicious, the margaritas were weak and the beef fajitas tough. The service was lacking as the server was inattentive. However, another location in Round Rock had friendly staff and great food. The best recent experience was at a different Chili's location, with attentive staff, clean facilities, and quality food. The hostess was especially considerate with kids, making it a family-friendly option for a meal out.
