The location is described as better than several others, very clean and vibrant, with friendly staff who always have cookies in stock. Most times the location is great, though staff can be more friendly, and items especially on bigger holidays or new high top selling trending items should be made and packaged nicely. Some cookies are always doughy in the middle and could be cooked slightly longer. However, the overall experience is great: the cookies are fresh, soft, and full of flavor, using quality ingredients. The variety each week makes it exciting to try new options, and the store is clean and well organized. The Dubai chocolate brownie was amazing, with rich flavors and the perfect texture. The app is pretty cool, asking for pictures of cookies and questions about service quality. Customer service can completely turn a situation around, with a GM apologizing, taking ownership, and personally redelivering an order.
