Food was good, but Customer service here sucks! I interacted with the cashier only, and she was not happy in her position at all! I suggest hiring people with good customer service skills.
I have ordered the sara bowl from here 3 times, and it never includes the broth on the side that it is supposed to come with.
I called the restaurant and the receipt says that I opted out of the broth when I did not. It doesn't even give me the option to take off the broth on the website. Nor does it give me an option to add it. They need to fix this issue, because the only reason I order that vs another entree is the broth, and it's really pissing...

I'm a pretty regular here. I do about half and half. But today's to-go order was on the weak side. I usually order Ox tail pho and add wontons and eye round. I was given 2 very small thin slices of eye round and 3 pieces of wontons. Usually I get at least 5 pieces of wontons. But this places isn't getting any less expensive, but the portions are certainly getting smaller. May have to look for a new place to get Pho! Too bad!
