There was no clear indication of what we were being charged for. If you want to pay 300dollars to go bowling for 2 hours. Then this is your place.
Had a reservation booked for 8 adults for bowling and dinner as a birthday celebration a couple of weeks in advance of our date. Three nights before I received a text (not even a courtesy call) telling me they couldn’t accommodate our group as they booked a private event that would be using the bowling area. Obviously they chose the more money option over honoring my reservation. Terrible business practice and customer service!
Holiday Party billing mistake and Spare Birdie management not willing to work with customers to help resolve it.
I will never host a function at this establishment again.
