I've had staff remember my name when it's gone 2-3 weeks between visits. This location gets crazy busy sometimes and staff is ALWAYS on top of orders.
My ONLY complaint is that non-Barnes&Nobles Starbucks don't offer cheesecake. Conveniently, this location is a few hundred feet from Whole Foods.

We accidentally went to the wrong location for a mobile order pick up, and this branch pulled the order over to them and made it on a rush instead of sending us away. I am so grateful to them for that small act of kindness, we had an incredibly sad day (had to put one of our pups to rest after 13 short years), and them correcting our error for us was so considerate. Thank you ladies!

This place was so nice especially when there were so many lounges and can't enter unless your 21

Parking: I went in today around 10. The lady was very kind and she told me they still had the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino! It was a long for me and got very little sleep. She was patient with me when I said I needed a minute and was very helpful I gave her a tip. 🙃🎵
