Freebirds World Burrito is a restaurant known for its great customer service and delicious food. The staff is attentive and caring, taking the time to build your meal as if they were preparing it for their own family. They offer high-quality plant-based protein options, including a vegan chorizo option that is highly praised. The staff's kindness and patience are particularly noteworthy, as they ensure to give multiple options and double-check everything before moving on. Even during busy times, they let customers know if an item is empty and suggest alternatives. One customer mentioned that Alex made sure their food was perfect and had a fast and easy experience.
