Waited in drive thru line for 40 min at 7:17 today. Expected a wait but not that long. Was going to say something constructive - you might be losing business if you can’t get orders out any sooner. But once I prefaced that by saying I’d been in lines almost 40 min, the teenager manning the drive thru window cut me off and said in an irritating and aggressive tone, “there’s nothing I can do” and slammed the window shut on me before I could finish. I'm amazed by the awesome customer service. Yesterday I came home with my order and discovered that it was missing an item. They went above and beyond to make it right today. They even gave me a reusable shopping bag! Everyone was exceptionally nice. I ♥️ Whataburger!!!
