While we were very happy with the flavor of our food, we were a little disappointed with the way the manager handled an issue with our order. I will admit that a portion of it was an error on my side with the online order. I marked “no onion” assuming it meant on the entree since it was listed with it. I also marked “fries”. Toasted Walnut is a regular lunch destination for my wife and I. Service is always quick and the food is good.
The other thing that I notice here is that it's very clean. The area behind the bar is super clean and organized. The stainless is polished and everything has a place. The rags used to wipe the counter are literally folded up and put in specific places.

Came tonight and Olivia was so sweet and accommodating. Her customer service was over the top! Highly recommend visiting Toasted Walnut!
