I will admit that a portion of it was an error on my side with the online order. I marked “no onion” assuming it meant on the entree since it was listed with it. I also marked “fries”. Apparently the order was then marked as a salad (with fries also listed but not in the bag). My husband doesn’t like salad. When I called, the manager was kind enough but ultimately had an oh well type of response to me. We were bummed. I might suggest a more clear ordering format on the ordering platform. Again, the food was great, just pay extra close attention when ordering online.“

I had a not so pleasant encounter a few weeks ago with another customer who was upset for who knows what in the line, and said some racial slurs towards myself… I paid no attention, but the staff was very nice about it, and apologized. “Forgot my lunch today so thought ide check out this spot next door to my new work location. The lunch menu is AMAZING. 9.99 lunch menu with great portions, fresh salad and a drink. “It was our first time eating at Flame Broiler in Prosper — and actually, our first time ever ordering from this eatery — and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise!

I ordered the chicken and steak bowl with the rice and veggie mix, while my husband went with the steak bowl with the same rice and veggie combination. Both bowls had a great balance of protein, rice, and fresh vegetables. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

One thing that really stood out was the portion size — the servings were large and definitely filling. In fact, next time we’ll probably order just one bowl and split it, because there was more than enough for the two of us.

The young man who took my order was courteous and very patient, especially since I had several questions as a first-time customer. That level of customer service made the experience even better.

Next time, I’m excited to try the Korean chicken — and judging by this visit, that next trip may be sooner rather than later! 😊🍚🥩🥦“

“I stopped in to this Starbucks to purchase a drink and some gift cards for our local first responders. The manager who assisted me was so helpful and friendly. I had to step away to take a call, and when I returned, he surprised me with a Starbucks bag that had “Thank You” written on it and included huge chocolate chunk cookies along with my gift cards.

He told me he appreciated me appreciating our local firefighters and wanted to contribute something on behalf of his location. The firefighters at Prosper Station 2 truly enjoyed the thoughtful contribution.

I already enjoyed this location, but after this experience, I absolutely love it. Anyone who has a heart for serving and supporting those who serve us every day are my kind of people. Highly recommend and will be returning in the future!“
