I will admit that a portion of it was an error on my side with the online order. I marked “no onion” assuming it meant on the entree since it was listed with it. I also marked “fries”. Apparently the order was then marked as a salad (with fries also listed but not in the bag). My husband doesn’t like salad. When I called, the manager was kind enough but ultimately had an oh well type of response to me. We were bummed. I might suggest a more clear ordering format on the ordering platform. I ordered the chicken and steak bowl with the rice and veggie mix, while my husband went with the steak bowl with the same rice and veggie combination. Both bowls had a great balance of protein, rice, and fresh vegetables. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

One thing that really stood out was the portion size — the servings were large and definitely filling. In fact, next time we’ll probably order just one bowl and split it, because there was more than enough for the two of us.

The young man who took my order was courteous and very patient, especially since I had several questions as a first-time customer. That level of customer service made the experience even better.

I had to step away to take a call, and when I returned, he surprised me with a Starbucks bag that had “Thank You” written on it and included huge chocolate chunk cookies along with my gift cards.

He told me he appreciated me appreciating our local firefighters and wanted to contribute something on behalf of his location. The firefighters at Prosper Station 2 truly enjoyed the thoughtful contribution.
