“Amazing service! Fast friendly clean and wonderful service. We came in right as they were closing. Y’all have to understand we had been in line at the Fort Worth stock show for nine hours. They kept the registers open. They took a massive order. They got it all right my kids who are exhausted are now going to bed full and happy and mom and dad are blown away by the amazing service. If you’re ever in Fort Worth check this place out you won’t go wrong.“

“I decided to come tonight for a takeout order! When I came in and ordered I got the honey garlic wings and asked if I could have all flats, they said they couldn’t do that, which is perfectly fine, and apologized as we went on with the transaction. There was another gentleman who came in and I’m pretty sure he also asked for all flats and the server that also served me said that they couldn’t do that. Then a bit later I overheard that he was saying the server said he could have all flats! Crazy thing to hear after being present for the whole thing! People will do anything for free food now! Anyways, the people who helped me were super sweet! And they let me switch my food to dine in! I will definitely be coming back, especially because of their sweet servers and very calming establishment!“

“Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

“Need numbers for every single menu item, if you can only hire Spanish speakers that do not a word of english. Food Is 5 stars, service is always difficult and half the time online orders are missing something or have something wrong. Business would be booming if they made small adjustments like that, bring a translator app if you are getting anything in the evening. Not exactly served with a smile either, especially if you can't speak fluent spanish.“

“Member shout out to Miss Dana! We went in last night for the cookie decorating event and free kids meals which is amazing!! Miss Dana has helped us before and was there again tonight and I just wanted to say she is absolutely lovely every time we see her!! Her kindness and attitude is so welcoming and loving and we chatted about ourselves and it was so nice. After a super long day it was so refreshing to talk with her! “I didn’t realize this location was inside a mall when I placed this large to go order for 45 people. They set up a drive thru area outside the mall allowing me to drive up and pick up my order! They had everything organized perfectly and their customer service was outstanding! The food was delicious!“

“I just want to give a shout out to Bush's chicken! I was not feeling well Thursday night and my comfort food is their baked chicken. I ordered through doordash and Bush's called me a few minutes later. The lady on the phone informed me they didn't have baked chicken ready so gave me the option ot wait or substitute or refund. I let her know I was happy to wait. She updated my delivery time and my food arrived fresh and hot a little while later. I wish I had gotten her name because most places would just cancel on you or give you whatever but I really appreciated this service especially while I was sick!“
