“Not much going on... and what was going on I didn't want to see. Mostly elderly people... need more entertainment in there ... especially on the weekends.... karaoke.... a band.... I want to change my review... I had a chance to visit with the owners and find out a little more about the place. It's under new ownership .. the atmosphere is great the service is great and it's very clean and friendly. They have a band every now and again and are planning to start karaoke soon so stop in and have a drink and get to know them ... very nice people .“
“This is a great find in this small city. The food was good! We got the fried catfish, which was not fishy and was very crispy, and the chicken fried chicken, and chicken fried rice, both good. Nothing was incredibly amazing but it was all good! Service was super friendly! Place looks a little dark and sketchy having such a wide range of food styles (American, Chinese, pizzas, seafood) but don't let that stop you from checking this place out.“
“Porky's is a great place to socialize with family and friends. The bartenders are great. Plenty of people to play pool with. On certain nights they have food like Thursday nights they have steak night or boudin stuffed porkchops, baked potato and vegetables.“
