The food here is excellent and the owner is a very talented and skillful chef. I will be coming back many more times to come. The nigiri is phenomenal. The tuna tower is the best I’ve had. And the yellowtail jalapeño is a must try.

I’ve been to many different sushi restaurants and I have to say this is the best place I have been. The food had so much more flavor compared to many other sushi places around here. The serves was very good and the people were very kind as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any sushi enjoyer.

If you really like sushi and I am talking like nigiri and sashimi, this is your spot! The rolls are great too but their yellowtail belly and blue fin tuna are amazing! They put a little truffle oil on their nigiri and WOW!

This Japanese restaurant truly blew me away! Every dish—from the sushi boat to the spicy edamame and cucumber rolls—was prepared with great care and attention to detail. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and literally melted in my mouth. The sushi rolls came in a wide variety, each packed with flavor and texture. Even the simple edamame was stir-fried to perfection—so aromatic and appetizing!

The drinks were also outstanding. The cocktails were light and refreshing, while the sake had a smooth and lasting finish. The ambiance was quiet and relaxing, and the service was warm and attentive. I also loved seeing the wall full of customer photos and kind messages—it’s clear that the staff truly connect with their guests and create a welcoming, heartfelt space.

With delicious food, great drinks, and a cozy environment, this is the perfect spot to enjoy with family or friends. A solid five-star recommendation! 👍👍👍👍👍

Awesome food! The night we came there was only one person working. This man served tables, cooked food, took orders and made sushi. He was very polite and kind. We did have to wait a little more than a normal restaurant but, it was still a great experience!

Amazingly good sushi. Suni our host and chef is a dynamo, taking orders, churning out sushi, making delicious fried rice..... He does it all.
I asked him if he speaks Chinese. And he says muchass gracias! So funny!!

Went here with some buddies on a whim, restaurant doesn’t get nearly as much attention as it deserves. The food is outstanding, the owner is accommodating and welcoming, trust his recommendations. Best sushi I’ve ever had, sushi masa has nothing on this place 11/10.

Sunny provides the most excellent dishes and fantastic presentations in all of College Station. He is a one man army; bartender, cook, server, busser, owner, etc. He provides the most authentic cuisine, cocktails and teas, of all sushi restaurants in town.

He even remembered our wine selection from a previous night, a night where the restaurant was extremely busy, Valentine’s Day. We have been coming for years, and realized we had never given him a shout out before. This is long overdue! We love Sunny’s place, the food, the atmosphere, everything. It is our #1 place in College Station for date night, and we have nothing but amazing things to say about Azure. If you’re on a time crunch, and it’s a busy night, please have some grace and understand that he creates these masterpieces all by hand, by himself, for each and every patron. I promise you, if there is a wait, it is 100% worth it. Five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
