“Gig ‘Em!!Came here on a college visit with my son. I graduated from A&M in ‘96, and spent some time in Schumacher Hall. Sbisa has had quite the upgrade since then!Lots of options depending on how you feel for the day. Plenty of seating area. All of the food we sampled was good, although the portions they provided were fairly small. It is all you can eat however, so you can certainly go back and get what you need.“

“after working here for a bit I was surprised to see that everything is so fresh, we make everything from scratch in the back of house or we get it from someone who already did. mostly busy so if you are bad with being around lots of people this might not be the place for you.“
