Delicious food choices with a very chill atmosphere, our server was awesome and very attentive. The drinks were cold and unique. Highly recommend.

The Manager Kristen was so amazing, she recommended the pork belly bites and they were awesome. She also listed the tequilas they had and offered a wonderful suggestion. She is wonderful!

Y’all got one waitress for this whole restaurant tonight and she also said “it was her first day”
This place looks great in photos, but the experience was terrible.
The biggest problem was the noise. The speakers were blasting a basketball game instead of music, and the audio wasn’t even synced, it was off by minutes. Then a live band showed up, and instead of turning off the game, they kept both playing at full volume at the same time. Absolute chaos. You couldn’t enjoy anything.
Service was just as bad. It took forever to get two beers. The second round took even longer, and they still only brought one beer. Basic stuff, and they couldn’t get it right.
Would not recommend.

The food and drinks are very good but it’s pretty overpriced considering how bad the service was. It seems like they’re understaffed or something…..we got checked on 3 times total with a group of 6 people and the wait time for everything was very long. We had to walk up to the bar to get drinks because no one came to refill anything. We sat on couches while waiting for them to move 2 tables together after we asked various times, but they never ended up moving anything together despite saying they would? So we had to eat on couches. We didn’t get any form of apology for any of the inconvenience/wait time. They were actually quite rude to us…..our whole group left pretty bummed out. I swear we weren’t Karen’s ethier.
I really used to love this place but my past 2 experiences have both been like this….bummer.

Me & my fiancee were lucky enough to dine here while we were staying at the Calvary Court hotel, which is attached. This restaurant provides breakfast (6:30am-10:00pm,) lunch, and dinner as well as drinks at the bar (which is open late.) There is live music on the weekends (until 10:30pm) and the atmosphere here is never dull.
We enjoyed breakfast inside the restaurant on a Saturday morning around 8:30am and although it was lively, it was still peaceful, making a beautiful start to the morning.
We ordered dinner for takeout and our food was delicious. Sunday morning breakfast was delivered by room service promptly and our food was fresh & appetizing. I recommend their French Toast, (served with fresh berries!) Croissant Breakfast Sandwich, and Buffalo Wings. The Sweet Iced Tea was absolutely amazing as well.
Service was on point every time, our waiter was very helpful. We were so sad to leave without trying their Chicken Baked Salmon and their Ribeye Steak, but we do plan on coming back as soon as possible!

We had horrible service, had to literally ask anyone walking by for stuff. Dirty plates were left on table next to us the whole time we were there. Food was served cold. Our waitress was not attentive at all. Several of us got sick from
Eating there. The atmosphere is nice and chill. The fireplace burning was a nice touch. This place is badly managed and servers need more training on how to help guests. We had a variety of food. The waffle was dry. The hangover and soldiers breakfast were cold. Nothing had any seasoning.

I want to express my appreciation for Caitlyn Jackson Dennis! She was the greatest, most attentive waitress I have ever had! Considering I am 78 that says a lot! The food was delicious and more than I could eat! I highly recommend this establishment and I will be coming back!

Just left after nearly 30 minutes of sitting at a table with no service. I saw two waitresses randomly, but couldn’t get their attention. Place was 1/4 full on a Wednesday night at 5:30pm. I finally went to the bar and asked for the manager. They had to go across to
another building to get him. Food may be great, but I wouldn’t know. College kids standing around drinking a beer seemed to be enjoying themselves, but a middle aged man wanting to eat doesn’t seem to be a priority.

Cody was such a good bartender. The service was amazing! Everything tasted delicious. Will be back!
We had a lovely time here. Chloe was so sweet, personable and attentive. The food was great and very good portions. We also had churros, banana pudding and chocolate brownie for dessert, which where fantastic.

We had an incredible experience at The Canteen, and a huge part of that was our amazing server, Chloe. We came in as a large group of 25 people celebrating two college graduations, and Chloe handled everything flawlessly from start to finish. Managing a party our size is no small task, yet she was organized, attentive, patient, and genuinely upbeat the entire time. Orders were accurate, drinks stayed full, and the timing of everything was impressive—no one ever felt forgotten. On top of that, Chloe was warm, friendly, and helped make a big family celebration feel relaxed and fun. The food and atmosphere at The Canteen were great, but Chloe truly elevated the entire experience. She’s the kind of server who makes you want to come back and ask for her by name. We’re so grateful she helped make such an important milestone celebration memorable. Highly recommend The Canteen—and definitely ask for Chloe!
I’ve been here several times over the past 4 years since my dad loves this place, but they have consistently taken too long to bring the food out. I’ve waited between 22 to 40 minutes for the first entree to come out, and that’s too long, especially with their uncomfortable, industrial seats. The food is mostly good but overpriced, and I appreciate how they rotate the menu at least once a year.
Great food and wide variety of excellent entertainment on the weekends!
