Slow because manager could not be found to open the register
I went in to ask about the build your bucket for 20 on the window? The guy explained it to me and of course I wanted it to go. 8 pieces of chicken mixed and four sides with four biscuits .
Food was ready in less than five minutes. I regret I didn't get his name, I'll look for receipt and may edit this. He's a Hispanic young man , very polite and helpful. I greatly appreciate the excellent service he provided and good, delicious. It's the KFC near the gym.

Manager Ilean was extremely rude, I I took my order back up to counter to have it corrected and she went and fixed it and literally tossed it back at me. Never have I been treated so rudely. Didn't talk to me or ever apologize for my order being wrong. Will not go back.
