“They are currently short staff but be patient, the wait is worth it. Food is made with high quality and noticeable care. I am definitely a new regular for bulgogi Gimbap. Also wanted to share how beautiful the cook was on the fried chicken dumplings I ordered yesterday. Everything was delicious, affordable and filling. I fell in love with Korean cuisine after living in South Korea for a year and this is the most authentic tasting Korean restaurant I’ve found in years. So glad I found the hidden gem that is Choi’s Restaurant. You guys will be seeing alot of me. It makes me sad to see negative reviews about wait times when the food is so good. I would just recommend eating here when you have time to spare or suck it up.“

“Th Wow bowl with noodles instead of rice is the best! First time I ordered it, my husband tried to convince me to switch with him because he was hooked. He kept asking if I was full. Luckily for him they give you so much food there was plenty of leftovers. They are very generous with their meat portions too! The mushroom popper was surprisingly filled with crab which was a great bonus! Their prices are reasonable too!“
