Food was decent, it's made to order and tastes more authentic than some others I've been to. I got the lamb shish kebab, but the meat portions were very small compared to the rice and veggies. Staff wasn't very friendly, either; guy at the front counter saw us borrowing a chair from another table and made us put it back and haul all of our stuff to a completely different table. Later tried to get a to go soup container for the dolmas we ordered and he tried to insist...
Like everything, it is pricey. I do not think the rice add-on was worth it because it reduced the size of the bread. The bread for the non-rice plate was huge -- a full plate. It was interesting and very good. The beef and lamb were both very good.
I never leave reviews for places, but I feel like this one is needed! I've been to Shiraz multiple times and everything has been excellent. I recently got a new card and have had trouble getting it to register at certain restaurants. I was having difficulties, but the owner was very patient with me. He didn't turn me away and was able to assist me in getting the card to work! I've never had a negative interaction at this restaraunt and wish nothing but success for...
