“I recently planned a wedding where we ordered the Groom's cake from Juanita's Tex Mex. He loves their chocolate tres leche. Simon was great to work with - timely responses and was so kind through the booking and delivery process. The cake was delicious! I will be recommending to others!“

“While I really like fuego it seems that labeling the tacos seems to be a crazy thought! I have ordered delivery several times now and never seem to get what is ordered. Please label the tacos and double check the order so that it matches. Ordered a fuego steak and 3 other tacos and not a single one was beef? All 4 were chicken. Oh well.“

“The guy at the counter greeted us with energy and like he was seeing a long lost friend, chatted us up while taking our order, and made us feel special. Our food was brought out quickly and was outstanding. everything else in the restaurant seemed to be well cared for and clean. Men's room was clean and fully functional. 10 outta 10 Torchy's, you are an example for others to follow.“

“I come here so often I should give 5 stars but I have to be honest. Service really depends on who's working. Rogelio and two younger ladies whose names I don't know are awesome!!! They even know my order by heart, all three of them!!! But if the older ladies are working it's 50/50 on whether or not my order is even right. They've messed up my order in the drive thru numerous times (but the 3 MVPs don't, ever). They also seem rude when you talk to them. The food is always delicious though!!! Overall I give 4/5 stars because the older staff honestly doesn't give their best, otherwise it'd be 5 stars.“

“Major props to Anthony at On The Border! Awesome manager! Wit was full of energy, yelling and "talking" so loud that we actually got a complaint for it .... the manager came by to talk with us. The joke was on the complainer because everyone loved sweet Wit in the restaurant! He just wanted to talk to us 😅“

“I have been eating at Freebirds since the "Save the Bird" days in 1992 and while they have had their ups and downs in quality and service through the years, I have found that the Freebirds Gateway location in College Station is the BEST these days! The people who work there seem to enjoy working there and the quality and quantity of food they serve meets the amazing standards that make me a Freebirds loyalist (I just can't eat at the other place that claims to make burritos). I can't speak about the other locations in town because I've found this one and stick with it because of the great service and food, but compared to Freebirds locations in other cities, they should all be taking lessons from this team at Freebirds Gateway.
Even a few weeks ago, I got home with our food and they had left the meat off one of my orders. I called to tell them and they apologized and asked me to come back so they could correct their mistake. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the MANAGER was waiting for me and gave me the corrected order AND a card for a free entree. I told her how much I appreciated her quick response to make the order right and she said that is what they aim to do. I'll keep going back to this location!“
