I had an amazing Italian with a side salad. The service was great. The atmosphere was amazing. I loved the layout of the space. It was definitely a great choice for dinner!
This is the second time in recent months that we have been in on a Sunday at lunch and the service was very slow with a less than full dining room. The tables were not cleaned, and when we left the majority of tables were not bussed. Hate to see this as we are big McAlister's fans! The "Now Hiring" sign seems to have been up for a while--hopefully some help comes to you all soon!
Service was absolutely lousy!! Only had 4 clean tables. People were having to get someone to clean a table so they could set down. Asked for a to go box and never got one . After 10 minutes, husband went and go them. Will never go back to Colleyville McAlister’s.
Both servers stand at the kitchen window wait for food. Could have been cleaning tables and re-heating cold food that should have been hot. Total disappointment.
