I had an amazing Italian with a side salad. The service was great. The atmosphere was amazing. I loved the layout of the space. It was definitely a great choice for dinner!
This is the second time in recent months that we have been in on a Sunday at lunch and the service was very slow with a less than full dining room. The tables were not cleaned, and when we left the majority of tables were not bussed. Hate to see this as we are big McAlister's fans! The "Now Hiring" sign seems to have been up for a while--hopefully some help comes to you all soon!

The restaurant has improved its service, offering engaging greetings and quick order delivery. Vegetarian options like vegan chili are available, and the large dining area is wheelchair accessible. However, there have been issues with delivery orders missing items, causing frustration for customers.
